You can’t really underestimate the general awesomeness of queso dip. It’s so simple to make, and so very delicious to eat. This Cooper Cheese Spicy White Queso recipe is no exception. Except it’s made with Cooper Sharp, so it’s even more awesome. Like “this will probably earn you new friendships” awesome.
2/3 cup hot picante sauce
8 ounces Cooper Sharp White cheese, cubed
1 (4-ounce) can chopped hot green chiles, drained
1 bag tortilla chips
Combine picante sauce, cheese and chiles in a 2-quart saucepan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted, or about 8 to 10 minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
