Cooper Cheese, Ham, Tomato and Rosemary Skewers

Cube Cube CUBE 10-15 10-15 SERVES: 10-15

Somewhere in history, someone decided that stabbing stacks of tiny foods and serving them to friends made for a good time. Props to them, because skewering appetizers really is a whole lot of fun. Even just saying “skewer” is fun. So go ahead… skewer yourself some Cooper Cheese, ham and tomato on rosemary sprigs. They’re fun for everybody!

INGREDIENTS

10-15 fresh rosemary sprigs
1/2 pound Cooper Sharp Cheese (white, yellow, and/or black pepper), cubed
10-15 grape tomatoes
10-15 pieces of fully cooked ham, cubed

DIRECTIONS

Cube Cooper Cheese into 1/2-inch by 1/2-inch pieces. Cube ham into 1/2-inch by 1/2-inch pieces.

Using the rosemary sprigs, skewer 1 cube of Cooper Cheese, 1 grape tomato and 1 cube of ham onto each sprig. Arrange them on your favorite serving tray. Pass it around. Eat everything but the skewers.
