Somewhere in history, someone decided that stabbing stacks of tiny foods and serving them to friends made for a good time. Props to them, because skewering appetizers really is a whole lot of fun. Even just saying “skewer” is fun. So go ahead… skewer yourself some Cooper® cheese, ham and tomato on rosemary sprigs. They’re fun for everybody!
