In a medium bowl, blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and parmesan cheese with a hand mixer until smooth.
Spread into a large clear dish (to show the layers). Add a layer of lettuce, then bacon, then tomatoes. Shred the Cooper Cheese block until you have approximately 1 to 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese. Layer the cheese over the tomatoes. Sprinkle with green onion.
Serve with tortilla chips, corn chips or crackers of your choice.
