2 cups Cooper® Sharp Yellow cheese, shredded
1/3 cup Pilsner beer


In a medium saucepan, bring beer to a slow simmer. Add Cooper® cheese and stir until consistency is smooth. Pour sauce into a fondue pot and keep warm.

Then dip to your heart’s content!
